About Uganda Police Force Intake 17
Uganda Police Force Intake 17 proudly represents a generation of dedicated young officers who embarked on their journey of service and patriotism on August 1, 2009. Born from a strong desire to serve and protect, these individuals underwent a rigorous and intensive one-year training program, marked by discipline, resilience, and transformation. The training was not just physically demanding but also mentally and emotionally shaping, instilling the core values of integrity, professionalism, and loyalty.
After successfully completing their demanding training, Intake 17 was formally passed out and inducted into the Uganda Police Force (UPF). They were deployed across various specialized units and departments, from general duties to intelligence, traffic, and criminal investigations, where they served with honor and diligence in their respective capacities.
Over the years, these officers have stood at the forefront of law enforcement, community protection, and national security. Their journey is a testament to courage, commitment, and unwavering service to the people of Uganda. "From the classroom to the field, from recruits to respected guardians of peace, Intake 17 continues to leave a lasting mark on the fabric of the Uganda Police Force." Their legacy lives on, and their service continues to inspire new generations of officers.
